Introduction
WEB PEC Zwolle is a professional football club based in Zwolle, Netherlands. The club was founded in 1910 and joined the Dutch Football League in 1956. PEC Zwolle has won the KNVB Cup once, in 2014.
History
PEC Zwolle was founded on 12 June 1910 as Zwolsche Boys. The club's name was changed to PEC Zwolle in 1982. PEC Zwolle has played in the Eredivisie, the top division of Dutch football, for most of its history. The club was relegated to the Eerste Divisie, the second division of Dutch football, in 2016.
Stadium
PEC Zwolle plays its home matches at MAC³PARK Stadion, which has a capacity of 12,500. The stadium was opened in 2009 and is located in the west of Zwolle.
